Why did Hindel just stood there when she started a light?
Did he do that just to spook them?
Even though that was a perfect chance to assassinate at least one of them.

I'm pretty sure it means "healing life" in the sense of "a life dedicated to healing". So probably a little while after MC enters the academy, once he's learned more constructive spells (ex. healing spells).

I don't think so with the way it's going. If it makes you guys feel better, even Korean folks are questioning the title every single chapter on Naver. (Comments like; Healing Life? It should be Killing Life lol)
In my opinion the title is phrased as a question on purpose.
It should be a healing life, to heal from his past life's and this life's years of sufferings, but the question makes it a bit sarcastic, since it's not so healing after all.
He stood very close to them with straight posture when the light was on.
Which means that if he ran there he need to really slow down and straighten up first.
Then after the light was on, he talked first before slashing.
Maybe Hindel wanted to assassinate those apostles with heart attacks.
