Translation is either bad or that's exactly what it's supposed to be like.. either way, the story isnt horrendous buts it's not good either.

I think it's more about the pacing, or how the panels are not so efficiently used. It's not too different whether the story is supposed to be going fast or slow, so we don't really feel the contrast in the intensity…
