This is a lot more obvious if you read it in Japanese, as the katakana uses the Hebrew pronunciation of Michael (ミカエル) instead of the English one (マイケル).

Caina is also female Cain (which is why I spelled her name like that)

I was assuming that Uraha was born to make Uiha fulfill her love and would vanish once she and her brother got together, without any real explanation.
Wasn't expecting this plot twist.

The worst part is that we didn't even get any indication, breadcrumbs to lead the reader, or at least some hints in all the other chapters about that. This lore dump is just terribly done.

There were some hints. Firstly the fact that if Uraha was a perfect copy then things like bust size and eye color wouldn’t have been the different. Also when Uraha found Micheal she called him an Angel, so there’s some subtle foreshadowing there. All in all I’d say the author planned this ahead of time
