EDIT: Alright, I made a Pixiv account. I don't know if these were originally Twitter posts that were later put into a Pixiv collection, or the first scanlator first found them on Twitter though they were also on Pixiv at the time. That said, it turns out that our chapter 1 is actually the sixth entry in the Pixiv collection, with the Pixiv collection's first chapter not necessarily being NSFW but still being a pre-sex scene.

Also it's not like mangadex specifically doesn't allow nsfw, there's always the suggestive or erotica tag
