What r u on about? If Natsuna was so good at her work, it means she must have liked it. Why did she quite immediately after getting married? This manga is so über conservative. Japan's society, due to lacking workforce because of the aging population, actually encourages women to work, as far as I know, even though women being housewives is commonplace. It's kind of strange the mangaka depicted her as an excellent employee and supervisor, yet had her quit immediately. It would have made more sense, keeping in mind Japanese customs as well, if she had resigned nearing the end of pregnancy, but the dude couldn't even get it up, so there was no danger of pregnancy in the first place.
The dude is even worse than the plot. As long as he thought the wife is superior to him, he felt no sexual attraction to her, but as soon as he found out the wife isn't so good at something, he immediately got aroused. In other words, he has an inferiority complex and he can't accept the wife, unless he can feel he's better than her.
Yeah, this marriage isn't going to last. Well, I guess it will, considering how many chapters there are, but I'll drop this series after this first chapter, so in my mind the union won't last.
Well tbf these types stories most of the time have no story, or at least for a good portioncute and wholesome. Nice. Who cares about good writing?
Thank youWhat r u on about?
1st of all, someone being good at a job doesn’t mean they like it, more so they could’ve liked it prior and have grown tired of it, OR they could’ve simply preferred the home style life
2nd, the reason he couldn’t get hard wasn’t as shallow as “his wife being superior” but because he was disappointed at himself for not being a good husband in his eyes
A lack of confidence in other words, something extremely common in marriages
A seemingly perfect person suddenly not being perfect gives confidence, that’s quite a normal fix to those problems, the literal reason social media is frowned upon sometimes
In relationships it’s rather common for one spouse to not feel worthy of their partner because they’re so much worse than them (in a way thinking their partner deserves better “how could this person like me”) which causes depression and a lack of confidence leading to a cycle that’s just a downfall
And y communication is so dam important
U literally looked at the situation in the most shallow way for 2 sec and didn’t bat another second at it
Yeah the part where the dude couldn't get it up without his wife being bad at something just completely turned me off this series. Such a stupid, fucked up, loser mentality to have as a husband. If Natsuna was so good at her work, it means she must have liked it. Why did she quite immediately after getting married?
