The thing is it shouldn't have worked. Ah Fan sold that song to the company Orpheus works for when he was part of Orpheus so he'd have to get permission from that company to sing it even though he was the original writer. IRL there is no way would it would have been allowed, especially last minute when you are in a competition against a group that is part of the company you are asking permission to use the song of.
