Same. IMO even beyond the cute slice of life stuff, I like the dialogue and especially the last conversation between Xu Qing and the older fella, it seems like the sort of thing real people would talk about. There's a bit--just a bit--of realism for the characters that makes this author's work a little more compelling than most, imo.

It really is! As I always say one reason I enjoy this story so much is that it seems more realistic than most other romcoms.
