Honestly this would never happen if he didn`t have come but I also wanna say that this is one`s in a lifetime so I think he just want to confirm something no? And I`m more inclined to believe that there`s only one yeah there`s only for this guy cause I believe on the chapter where she was ask out but this guy where she said not in a lifetime something something.
