The real world doesnt have a lot of detail, you don't even get a glimpse of the outside, makes you think it's a fake world.
The dream world is the same though. there aren't a lot of panel that shows the room but it looks like it doesn't change: clock above the sliding doors, the desk next to the closet and cabinets and the messy pile of books scattered around and the single futon.
There's also no mention of N, not even the symbol or shrine. Been that way for 3 chapters so it could just be that the author felt it'd be too excessive to show it every chapter.
