I dunno if she's a stalker really, they're probably in the same class. I don't really think it's a big deal when they're just little kids.

From the context of the chapter she's repeatedly confessed and been rejected every time. She further refuses to accept the rejection after he says "no means no" and tries to manipulate him with the "you don't have a gf so go out with me" line. She's a stalker and has been perpetually harrassing him. She's not a victim and the MC's pity comes off as enabling.

Age doesn't matter, that shit is still traumatic. Ask any woman about boys that did it to them in their youth.
