Guess the author is taking a far tamer route with the fanbox content now that the series is getting more popular? I was expecting something with the new girl and the brother doing stuff in the bathroom when she had him there.
Last two "fanbox" updates were just the santa outfit that at least had a nude version and this one doesn't even have that.
Yeah seems pretty apparent they took the criticism to heart and changed directions a bit. You can see it with the main story as well where the weirdo teacher who was obsessed with Komaru suddenly had a "tragic" backstory to explain his infatuation with her and also sort of off handedly revealed that he was likely innocent of the allegations/rumors about him having a sexual relation with a former student.
It's also moving in an overall more wholesome direction where there aren't any specific antagonists and Komaru is slowly breaking out of her shell. We also finally got a reveal of Tanuki's parents and they are super supportive of her which is kind of at odds with how the story framed Komaru's anxiety about them in earlier chapters.
Regardless of the inconsistencies in the narrative now the shift has been a boon and the Japanese audience agrees since the more recent chapters have had significantly more engagement and likes/upvotes.
