It is good seeing Shigure in action again, but I am having trouble feeling anything other than tired frustration towards the antagonist. He is a spoiled piece of crap that is allowed to do anything because he is strong. That he was able to pervert so far as he has publicly with all the staff and authority being cool with it...

I honestly hate the world this series is set in... This is kind of world building that makes you root for the apocalypse the heroes are looking to avert.
