this is my favourite manga right now
I wonder why Fouché was so extreme in punishing Lyon when he's a pragmatist turncloak who doesn't believe in anything. If robespierre didn't want Lyon severely punished then who gave the order to Fouché to punish Lyon?

Fouche mentioned that the revolution and victory whipped him into a fervor. He got caught up in the mood, basically.

I don't know who order it first, the manga is unclear about that and I'm not that deep into French revolution yet.
