If not for the gay erotica, this (almost) feels like something Lovely Strange Dark would scanlate, sometimes. Just like you'd think from the cover, I guess.
As a side note, it's a bit less edgy than one might worry it is from the description. It's debatable whether yaoi tag (as opposed to shounen-ai) tag is quite appropriate, by the usual standards.
