Natsume Arata no kekkon

Hello,
I wanna read scans of Tenjin and Natsume Arata no kekkon, but I couldn't find a proper site that uploads chapters in English regularly (some are from 2years ago)
I can only find them translated in Chinese for recent chapters.
Did mangadex translators dropped them ?

Tenjin's scanlators dropped the manga (you can check progress in Mangaupdates, it was stopped being translated by the group and no one picked it up)
