@radstylix She has probably tagged Saki in some way, to able to transport from Hell right to Saki's vicinity. In the end if you are travelling between Hell and Earth, it's not like it would necessarily happen in some particular physical place, seeing how the dimensions should be different. As much as Isis tried, they didn't quite manage to literally connect Hell and Earth, after all.
