It could just be lazy writing and reaching for the wrong tropes, but as it is it feels like whoever wrote that description may need a nice sit-down with a psychologist who can straighten them out on how the world works.

Anyway, too big an age gap for me to even seriously consider reading it.

the premise is absurd (she's his wife, of course he can consummate) but the manga is basically aware of that, she's great, he's pretty good, really cute manga. tragically short. she knows way more about marriage than anybody here.

It's kinda cute, but at the same time it makes me uneasy??? The age gap is wayyyy too big, even though the author tries to tone it down by putting this story on a historical setting.

I would've read it if the age gap wasn't that big, it just makes me very uncomfortable. most people Shin's age already have children that are like 6 while Koyuki is just in high school. I guess with the historical setting it makes more sense...? but sense isn't what I'm looking for, I just want a good manga ok? I'd rather make him 20 or something or the girl something around 25 (it'd make more sense for the first one since she's still a minor)
