So the story basically start with a setting that looks like a fantasy world, the MC a guy one day found a woman sealed somewhere, he then accidentally unseal her, the one that sealed her are basically the rulers or administrator of the world. I don't remember much what happened next but then after some stuff happened, the MC need to kill those administrators and that is the woman goal as well.

Then the plot twist is the MC world is actually a virtual world created by the woman. The MC is also a virtual person and he doesn't know that. IRL the woman is actually a scientist that create the virtual world, but then her subordinates (who become the administrators of the virtual world) decided to takeover her virtual world by sealing her in that world and I forgotten what they did to her irl. But basically the woman goal is to kill her subordinates in virtual world and in reality to get back her virtual world. The virtual world stuff is not a game btw it is kind of a scientific project of some sort.

Lol I know someone will brought this up because the beginning is very similar, but nope it's not this title unfortunately. I read the manga years ago before naze Boku manga even exist iirc
yeah, that early bit is pretty commonly used plot
I was also thinking that dungeon only I can enter or something, but the girl is not released.
You said it's not a game world, but does the world still have usual game mechanics? floating screen, level, etc.

Iirc no, there's no game mechanic, the main characters are basically virtual people and they didn't know about it, they all thought they are real people, even tho the twist is the world they live in is a virtual world, that was reveal way later and I think, and even after the readers know the main characters live in virtual world, other than the woman, and the administrators (these ones are real people log into the virtual world), the rest doesn't know anything about it iirc. You can think the virtual world they live in is basically like SAO aclization, where it's basically "real" world even tho they are virtual.
