Probably not, at least in the near future.
It was a plot point that catdad was trying to get rid of his power, and whatever he did to Tiggy was part of him trying things out. So it isn't likely that whatever he did to Tiggy is long-term sustainable (or if it is, he probably doesn't know enough about it)
