Well, you could always check mercari for resales and hope they don't price gouge. If not make a handful of Japanese online friends and hope they're nice enough to send you merch

Although i'm surprised there's not a group of richer otakus/ppl who go to Japan like once a year for tourism and buys a handful of souvenirs, to provide to cons if not also resell without too much of a profit margin
