Kenta's written as having never really had the "gay experience", but I'm sure growing up particularly effeminate looking meant that he got plenty of bad attention from men, gay or not.
He was definitely aware of the risks, whether subconsciously or openly. Though, it's kinda tiring seeing all this solely directed to Satoshi. I'm not asking for Kenta to be hurt, but it would be nicer to see the "actually gay" character be faced with flirtation and the "straight" partner realizing that their SO is attractive to other gay people.
