Yup. There's twitter thread about it, but there's still narrowing down who the DMCAs were from. I remember Naver and Kakao potentially being two of the several culprits. Nothing is legally confirmed yet.

But the odd thing is that it's also taking down really old Mangas too! Ones with no more print republishing and no English localization.
