...so, that toy looks and works a LOT like Shashibo, a puzzle cube toy. I got one for Christmas in 2023, and I think I could possibly make the bear shape? Maybe one was used as a visual reference for the art.

I know the 1st 3 Hellraiser films have got Japanese dubs and recently have BD releases so they're at least a very well known thing there although I dunno how big its popularity is.
