Its honestly interesting that things diverge from the original source.

Usually when a manga is created as adaptation from either WN or LN, the artist always got some sort of feedback from the author........either a timeline restructurization or new plotline or removal of certain plots. Which is honestly not wrong.

Nothing stay the same in the face of time, especially for writers. With each passing time, they might thought 'man i should redo this plot because it is not good' or 'this definitely should happen latter' or 'this plot need more elaboration'.

LN usually are more open to a more adult-themed writing than WN (even though there ARE adult WN these days), and manga increase the appeal of LN plots due to have contant visual representation.

I honestly support authors that seek to better themselves in their craft, so I guess just let them do their thing for now.

Also if you check the author's writing history, yandere individuals are definitely their thing
Author wrote 30+ WNs, and only 5 titles does not contain yandere characters.

I don't remember much of the Web Novel, but I think in there the Childhood friend never really attempted to molest the heroine, like in the Manga.
So, him being removed from the plot in the Manga is more understandable in context to the Manga plot.

Plus, this is supposed to be a reincarnation story of MC being reincarnated as a Playboy NTR specialist.

Usually in NTR series, they have the underlying theme of the person stealing girls from others would later on share his yields with his friends or selling them for money.
That's probably why the Author might have changed the plot in the Manga of that childhood friend become friends with MC.

This. Its basically the soul food for a large portion of Japanese. Really fast and really easy to make by everyone and anyone without hassle for quick breakfast or late night snack.....assuming you have either room temperature or hot steaming rice ofc.

And contrary to its name, they don't just eat those 2 together and actually season it with either soy sauce or salt or dried nori
