I think a tag for 1-3 or 5 pager (excluding credit/tl pages) manga is needed due to their recent influx here (like Class no Gal ni Kuuki Atsukai Sareteimasu and Kigahayai Daigaku no Kouhai Kanojo).
While not all of them are bad, I often avoid most of them due to this form of manga being associated with "slop" or low-effort writing (again not all, but most of them). The tag "web comics," covers most of the one-pagers, but also includes other long-form manga.
