Hello,

I recently started using your web site and couldn't figure out a way to set my reading progress up to a specific chapter.
Is there a simple way to do that ? (for example I read https://mangadex.org/manga/1060/birdy-the-mighty-ii from chapter 1 up to chapter 201 and started reading it here from 202 but chapters 1 to 201 are not marked as read - no eye icon in my reading list)

Also, is there a simple way to hide the chapters that I have already read from the "latest updates" in my follow page ? (I couldn't find any option for this in the settings.)

Regards,
M

There's a performance-related constraint with the read chapter markers: you have to be following a manga for the markers to be registered. Unfortunately that means you have to follow it first, reading a manga and following it afterwards won't make the markers appear automatically. Setting a manga as Completed will cause the marker to appear next to every single chapter, but this is actually more of a simple visual effect, because I believe changing it back to Reading will clear them all again.

There's no option for hiding already read chapters, at least not yet.

Yes, I've noticed this and it's not really a problem.

Unfortunately, that's what happens ... well it's kind of logical I guess.

Too bad. But it means that there is still hope for this to be implemented in the future, right ? ?
