but other than instant spills hopefully you wouldn't need daily cleanup versus buildup if not just like dumping a bunch of water/cleaning solution/powder and setting up wet signs/closing the store right at the end/before opening
i can't imagine a local 711 here doing delivery versus pickup (i guess the app does offer delivery for foods but i assume it's combined with uber eats/a third party person hired to do it versus an instore employee dropping off stuff)
