I think Tateyama's worse. They're both really bad people and bad in a similar way, but Tateyama is like "if i can't have her then i'll ruin her forever" which goes a bit beyond what Maki has done.

I would say Maki is worse. She is trying to set Akari up to be assaulted on top of her other evil plans. Tateyama is pathetic, but in an understandable way. He didn't go full incel until he got a dream drug handed to him and at least he is starting to realize he is messed up.

Yeah, for now Tateyama seems worse...but we don't know what Maki may do in the next chapters. There's still one volume and a half after all.

Yeah, but Tateyama reminds me a guy in my country who killed the girl he liked only because she said he didn't love him, she saw him only as a friend (and not even an important one). The type of person that doesn't like "no" as an answer. Not many guys are like that, thankfully, but there are certainly people like that around the world.

Well...I first bought the japanese volumes, because I found them for relatively cheap. Then I bought the german volumes, because it could be easier to translate. And of course I downloaded the raw scans, which I thought were all in chinese, but then I found out only volume 2 (or 3?) was in that language.

Does it really matter if he realizes it, when he's still gonna continue to do evil shit? If anything that makes it look worse for him
