I can't feel pity for the blonde hair dude. He had so many chances to show his feelings for her, but he didn't do anything.

I don't feel any pity towards him but also it's hard to make moves like that, especially when you're co-workers. If he tried and failed he could literally lose his job and ruin their relationship. And we don't really know that he hasn't tried to make any moves before either.

Anyway I do wish this didn't have a triangle going on. The fluff is cute enough without needing background drama like this

Well in the restaurant she said to him ,,I can't believe you're treating me like a girl" so I assume he hasn't tried to make a move before.

I agree with the last part, don't need this unnecessary drama.
