Liking this protagonist so far, he has a goofiness and softness that we haven't really seen from a fkmt protagonist before. Excited to see golf examined with the typical fkmt thoroughness! The golf arc in Zero was a nice taste of that, definitely recommended to anyone who hasn't read it yet.

Definitely don't let yourself get put off by that of all things, Fukumoto's an absolutely fantastic author of psychological and gambling manga and the artstyle will grow on you before you realise it.

I'd absolutely recommend trying the Akagi anime, if nothing else.
