But it's rare even in our world with 8 billion people, so it will be even more rare in their world since human is rare there

You have to be careful, some humans will get hurt and use a sharp object to hit your hand- which obviously hurt, so you need to be careful not to suddenly swing your hand in response! Practice keeping a cool head, and staying still- though try not to get blood on your human, especially if it's acidic.

Just remember how much bigger you are then them, and try to be sympathetic.

probably its like how with pet birds. Birds specifically find humans sort of. Similar enough to be attractive. So care guilds will mention things like avoiding grooming them in a way that reads as romantic.
