I'm pretty sure they won't. Note how much Chitoge liked his 'specialty dish' in the background, and the fact he had to use her red ribbon for the lucky color. I feel like their fortunes just weren't meant to match, but they forced it with their misunderstandings of the 'stars', as it were. It still kinda worked out, but I feel like Raku's fortune was, in fact, meant to get him closer to Chitoge, but he forced his luck to overlap with Kosaki's bad luck and they kind of canceled each other out.
The strawberry milk at the end was still a nice touch, though. I mean, he did know from the McDonalds study group that she likes strawberry flavored stuff, so it's not entirely surprising. Just more false hope for the 'losing heroine', in my opinion. Gonna make it that much more painful when he finally realizes how important Chitoge is to him.
