There is one. It's called "Roman Holiday", a wonderful romantic comedy movie with Audrey Helpburn as a princess. This arc reminded me of that one, though the movie's ending is more bittersweet than the manga's arc's.
In case if you haven't seen the movie and doubt whether to watch it since it's black and white: watch it. It really is worth it. The lead actress plays her role just perfectly.
