Sure what he did was not extacly right.. but the king and his people were no good people at all and didn't give a crap about their own people. so why having sympathy with them? naw.

just tell them what that kingdom did to summon heros dumbass. This moral discussion would have ended on that note.
That's the funny part, everyone in the comments is forgetting this because its been YEARS but Seirra ALREADY KNOWS what evil and cruel shit the kingdom did, she KNOWS that to do a MASS summoning they have to torture and kill a MASSIVE amount of people to the peak of mental stress and she was so SHOCKED and Depressed about the info that she didn't know what to do

BUT HERE WE ARE with her being the TYPICAL puritan MC going UHMMMMMMM actually killing people is bad, so that makes MC bad type brain dead logic :shamihuh:
Hence its GREAT that MC is standing his ground and being like No thx, I will continue to kill bad people :wooow:

This chapter once again cements why TOA is best girl and how Seirra is WORST girl, to the point I wonder why she's even part of the harem.....

Maybe her sister knew that the knight path made her fucking retarded and so she wanted MC to travel with her so she could expand her world and see that EVIL people NEED to be killed :aquadrink:

For those who assume Sierra is just a dumb b@%&$ virtue calling here's an analogy,

'When you just start knocking down walls of a rotten house, you're gonna find out one's still load-bearing.'

It's not Masamune's revenge that's pissing her off. It's violently excising the government from a country without any forethought. Were they evil? Yes. But they were still the decision makers for the entire country. You can't just remove them and expect the country to still function. The best case scenario is a hundreds of thousands of people's livelihoods are endangered. The worst case scenario is that the same hundreds of thousands of people that were completely unrelated to the situation will die. Think of it this way. Emergency reports will likely flood any office of authority. Many of which aren't capable or competent enough to properly mobilize knights or handle the crisis. Actions will be delayed and it won't be a corrupt noble at risk of getting crushed by bandits/monster/disasters.

All those civilian deaths won't be on the already dead monarchy. It'll be on the MC.

"i was summoned to another world and the kingdom that summoned me tried to kill me so I destroyed them"
"now with the monarchy gone, the people of that kingdom are not protected by any military force"
"warlords will certainly rise and war will engulf the people because this land is economically viable and has no claimant"
More likely than that they will simply get invaded and any claimants crushed before they could gather much strength. It will undoubtedly cost many innocent people's lives, as war does. Whether it would be worse than the continued reign of those royals is hard to tell, they were absolutely bonkers.

retarded knight moralizing that MC is evil for killing the king and princess meanwhile she and the rest of the knight didn't care one bit about the evils they committed or the suffering MC went through, when MC came and saved them all from the invaders who summoned the monster army they instead of thanking him threatened to kill him if he killed the enemy or tortured them for information. the knighthood is trash.

I know that ensuing civil war will be brutal for the kingdom, but holy shit she knows that to summon a hero you need to sacrifice and torture hundreds of people. And they fucking summoned a whole classroom of them. And they were summoning people even before it IIRC.
Sometimes killing the ruling guys is the only way forward and you need to feed the guillotine.
If you still want to do your preaching then just leave the guy, he knows much better than you what happened there and that actions have consequences. He said himself that he didn't want to do terrorism, he just wanted revenge on few people and she speaks like the guy has a plan to eradicate half of humanity because someone looked at him the wrong way. And even if he did turn evil, how the fuck would you stop him? Mystery nibbas from last few chapters absolutely wrecked the strongest forces in your city and you all had to be bailed out by MC who defeated them without breaking a sweat.

That Kingdom more or less had it coming even if Nito had done nothing. Unless the story massively changes what we know in the future (like the two guys that're sealed or whatever that Nito knows) then they p much deserved what they got.

I'm not too sure what a hidden truth could be to justify that Kingdoms actions.

I am sorry to inform you, Sierra, but you have no f-ing right to judge MC. You basically know nothing about MC. All you know are snippets of what happened to him after he was summoned.

On the other hand, you know what is required for hero summoning (to remind you all: a lot of human sacrifices who have to be tortured to the point of becoming mentally insane and physically broken, but just not dying). And this is just an assumption on my part, but the more people you try to summon, the more people you would logically need to sacrifice because you would need more magic.

And you still question him?

Do you still think what happened to the king, the princess, or the people who just stood by and did nothing—even protected them—was "unfair" or "unjust"? For those people, it would be the same as back then when people claimed they knew nothing while the Nazis killed millions.

And that's without even mentioning that he was basically teleported to his death simply because he is a healer. Even if he wasn't one of the heroes who were summoned, and even putting that aside, I would still stand behind what Dragon's Heart is doing.

4 and a half chapters since 10 months ago...
From what I remember Nito is completely justified, her being worried about the creepy staff is fair. And someone saying she just wants to make sure he doesn't turn on her kingdom...
Maybe don't antagonize Nito but empathize and openly show worry about possible dark influences.
Even if Nito doesn't stay friendly, stop trying to make him an enemy.
Yes healer without reversal could have been low value but that doesn't mean you should treat them as trash, effort is a bigger factor in value. Talent without effort is beaten every time by effort without talent. If someone has both talent and effort get out of their way.

I applaud Masamune for sticking to his decision... I mean, thinking of this like a gamer, just because you leveled your self up to be a badass doesn't mean you shouldn't finish the game.

I reject Sierra's concerns for the populace when there was regicide, because that problem will sort itself out. I mean, fuck 'em, there will always be someone there to step into a power vacuum. If one death causes your country to go straight to batshit crazy mode, then your country was batshit crazy at the start. Leaders are not above punishment for their behavior. If you're a jackass leader, someone will come along and end that problem. It's happened countless times through human history, and why so many in control spend so much time and energy worrying about lines of succession...

I will agree with her concern about the things he does. Anyone who has read a chapter of Maoyū: Maō Yūsha knows the series makes the same comparison; Sending the hero to fight the demon lord is the same as sending an assassin kill a king. If you have someone walking around with enough power to wipe out a city, you're going to want to keep them in a good mood... maybe by throwing them feasts and making sure everyone calls them a hero. You try to tie them to your country by giving them lands and title or bringing them directly into the leadership role. Anyone who knows Masamune will be considered a tool to influence him or potential hostages against him, so either he doesn't let his friends out of his sight or his handlers will make gilded cages to keep them out of harms way.

Feels bad. Guy wipes her country’s ass and gets talked to like he didn’t do the world a favor by erasing some trash. I guarantee her little group does the same shit on a regular basis going off of how the top two were talking to each other before the shit hit the fan.
