Bruh...wtf?!
What the fuck are they teaching in this school?!
Degeneracy 101?

On more serious note, a question to those who played otome games, is this capture method prevalent in some otome games?
By playing on the capture target(s)' inner Oedipus complex?

If so....ewwwwww.
This is so fucked-up, and predatory, if I may add.
Fuck this harem "heroine" bitch.

So that guys f**ked up…..

Also the Mc isn’t a good person but they are certainly better than the “og mc” and her group.

The “oh mc” honestly got too greedy and didn’t think the world she is in is a real world as she probably thinks it’s a world made just for her. (Kinda reminded me of “I’m a villainess so I married the last boss” and the “og mc” from that one)

Idk how a character can disgust me in so many ways in only a few pages but this teacher did it, teacher x student is already it's own can of worms but seeing her as a mother figure is just icing on the wtf cake add on that he sees this girl he supposedly loves being in peril as an opportunity to get rid of love rivals makes an easy character to hate

I mean, this subgenre isn't actually reflective of otome games in general (for example, it's rare to have a harem end, it's only in those rare games aping the subgenre that have a villainess, and not exactly common to have a rival character), but sometimes, yes, capturing a target involves either playing into their particular "quirk" (to put it lightly) or weaning them off it (Y'know, in the "I can fix them!" way.) But that's sometimes.

Personally, I tend to dislike those characters. I much prefer the ones who are either secretly just a little kinky, or are sad and need cheering up.

Haven’t played an Otome game before but have played the other version that’s for guys. If it’s remotely like that then that type of character (the MC) is usually a doting type that makes you, the player, feel safe and secure. Think of how MC feels around the fox girl Senko and how she makes all his worries and tension go away. It’s similar to that. The heroine girl was probably doting towards him and made his worries go away so he views her to be a safe person to be around.

Granted this shows the unhealthy version of that where she made him dependent on her, the heroine, as if she was heroin. From what we’ve seen pretty much all of the capture targets have been F’ed up in the head in some way or the other
