OMG amazing chapter! I don't even know how to express how much I loved it.

Bleeding Soles Ghost? It was obvious from the beginning that Toraji had worked hard to find Yaetatsu, but to think he even got a nickname like that... T^T I really like that they acknowledged that Toraji's feelings were an obsession at that point. And all of this shine a new light on Toraji's actions. He wasn't just insecure about the relationship because he had been abandoned before, he was also afraid of acting on unhealthy feelings and hurting Yaetatsu T^T

On happier notes, I'm so excited that the open secret isn't a secret anymore and that everybody is still so supportive. They are all amazing. It's cute that our crazy artist was a kid with a crush this entire time. I hope they all tease him a lot in future chapters lol He deserves it for all the trouble he caused, not even including this recent mess.

YESSS excellent combo of Toraji Torture Hours and all the happiness and lovey-doveyness we could've asked for 😍😍 They basically got married there at the riverrr!!! 🤩💕🎉

And absolutely, this backstory makes so much sense for Toraji! We know that he has an obsessive personality, since he's been looking for Yaetatsu for so long after he disappeared in such... less than ideal way, but we never really got to see what that really looked like and why it's bad. It really casts a new light on their reunion and everything Toraji has done since, as you said, and makes the story all the better on a second re-read, which is a kind of story I really love 💕 (Not to mention that I'm especially weak for characters who come from a violent past and are afraid they might (even inadvertently) perpetuate it and hurt someone they care about 🥺)

Hahaha, I also loved the flashbacks of everyone dressing Toraji like a huge, huge, scary Barbie XDD Tbh, at first I was a bit HMMM about Yaetatsu telling everyone about them behind Toraji's back, but then I imagined Toraji having to sit in for that conversation with the servants, and I immediately went nop, Yaetatsu was right about this one, actually, well done XD

I think it's not too much of a spoiler to say that Enboku-sensei will keep turning up in the next volume, too, and even try to make some amends for all the trouble he caused . So look forward to more of him (but not as much XD) soon!

Yeah, it was for the best that Yaetatsu just went ahead and told the servants. I feel that the main reason they kept it a secret was mainly for Yaetatsu's sake. And doing it without asking also shows a bit more determination. It's definitely not an empty promise, he isn't hoping Toraji would tell him it isn't necessary. It isn't something one should be doing carelessly without asking the other part, but in this case it makes sense.

I'm buying the volumes and I couldn't resist taking a glimpse at it. I'm so happy to see more of him!
