I doubt it, since the whole point to the child-marriage was to give her son (the legitimate prince) an heir to solidify his (and her own) power. Plus, as severin stated before, the stoke queen was in it for the prestige of being the future ruler's mother, so she wouldn't have risked getting pregnant by anyone other than severin, even if it was his half brother (she and her family wanted legitimacy, not just blood, so a royal bastard's bastard does them no good)
