she was beaten beyond recognition, so when she decided to turn herself into the guards, they couldn't recognize her at all. But it looks like the webtoon changed it so that the guards just suck and never really paid attention to what she looked like it the first place besides her red hair...

I honestly think the novel version is better. What made the manhwa artist change that detail I wonder?

Apparently to publish gore, blood, etc it needs a R15 or R17 or something on the original Korean publisher's site, but currently it's general population so no age restriction? Not 100%, but that's what I read somewhere. So they had to change it to minimize the violence.. even though theres still talks about suicide so idk man
