Notification when receiving a PM

Hi,

Is there a way to make it more noticeable when you receive a Private Message? I received a message three days ago, but only noticed it today.

I don't know if it's possible, but something like a pop-up or a notice under the "Announcement (date)" banner indicating you have a new message.
