Notifications show title of thread

Can notifications show the title of a thread instead of just the thread id? The ID number is not memorable or distinctive at all, in order to even see where the notes come from users still have to click through. I don't need to read every @ I get, but I do want to follow some threads/conversations, but the notes aren't helpful in telling me which is which.

As a clarification on the OP, notifications for chapter discussion threads don't show the chapter title or any other useful identifying combination of chapter title, number, and manga name and instead only show the chapter's ID (possibly due to how those are handled internally), whereas normal forum threads show their title properly.
