Wow a manga about not one, but two aspiring mangakas? Now that's new! Uehara was exhausted by all the hijinks Miyamoto had them do, but in the end, he gave her a heartfelt speech, just like she did to him. That's a great ending for the chapter! I really like the contrast between their artstyles and their attitudes too. It shows how they approach romcoms very differently. Uehara likes sweet romcoms, Miyamoto likes hot ones.

The raws are so cute and wholesome glad someone picked it up. And the art is really nice

This is kind of trope? I like that isn't used much, dating as a way to get to a goal (winning an deal, getting experience to romance manga) to get into real love.

Also their mismatch in personality is quite cute.

Difference between meeting a new friend through common interests and immediately dating after just a tiny conversation.

oh that. I thoguth they said it was fake dating. It's more like mutual research than "hey we both like thing, let's fuck".

Then again, she kinda did say that later on. But it still seemed to be more for research than actual romance.

Art is great, but god, the story and characters. It's hilarious that the mangaka has their stories being mocked for all the right reasons, but then turns around and makes the story that does it just as bad if not worse in terms of garbage wish fulfilment nonsense.

But great art at least.
