number of months instead of years

for both uploads and in the comments, 1 year, 2 year don't differentiate a lot.

Admittedly a minor request so no big deal if it doesn't make a list. I just wish for it occasionally when reading comments and want to see how far back they are or match a comment to a chapter or just try to make sense from a story perspective.

Well, to be honest I think pure months format is same very non-intuitive format as pure years.

But changing it into Jan-2019 instead of 1 year or 13 months would be way more intuitive.

When you mouseover say the comment clock... it tells you when it was posted. same with chapters. mouse over them it tells you the date and time it was uploaded already.
for instance ops post was made at, 2020-02-22 20:42:08 UTC

Chapter one of https://mangadex.org/title/15593/bugcat-capoo was uploaded on 2018-05-23

Yeah, mousing over any relative timestamp (in forums, comments, or chapter listings) shows you the absolute time in UTC. Sadly, some mobile browsers don't give you any way to see that information.

further fun fact: this is a general design pattern amongst many websites that use timestamps that don't give you the whole story (and most forum software in general). Try it! It's fun and educational!
