took 4 chapters before any of her 'advice' was better than dogshit.
Chapter one was great advice about not trusting someone too easily,for they might be trying to sway you into a falsehood.
Chapter two is a clear cut case about how customers are never "always right",they can be as bad as upper management is in a black company but can get the minimum wage part timer fired because they were having a bad day.
Chapter three is obvious,the sheer cowardice it takes to use alternate accounts just to harrass instead of resolving the issue like a civilised person...or actually being honest on your main account.
