It's just how these twitter comics work, having a bunch and then continuing what catches interest. Like that Soredemo stuff, Takagi got prioritized over it in the beginning, but he continued with it later though.

Define "completed" for Robo Maid. It's not like it got a story.
Also, technically even book girl one can be loosely said to be finished. Dude wanted to get together with librarian and it "ended" with her asking him out.
I mean, of course neither can be counted as properly completed until we see main couple in either to engage in martial sex in missionary position while holding hands for the sole purpose of procreation, but it's hard to hold authors to this standard nowadays.
