I went reading through again (up to Destiny Land, since that's more fresh in the mind), and all of that feels so...Nebulous? Like they all just let the waters muddy; and while the handful of girls ended up at his school, no confirmation or denial that any of the boys did? I'm not even certain that any of those that spread the various rumors are around, or if its only the original subjects themselves that are.

At least they are aware of why they're "in the wrong," despite not apparently doing anything to directly fix it?

Yeah that really bothered me because they allow the rumor to keep going on because they didn't want others to view them as the terrible people they are. At least the little sister tried to apologize and encouraged the idea of him living alone. I have to wonder if there was going to be a better reason for their behaviour and infatuation with him but then the manga ended

At this point, while I probably normally wouldn't, I'm willing to let these particular threads stay loose if the end romance feels like it outweighs them in power.
