Aren't those dots meant to be buttons around the neck? On those little triangles that hang out a bit? There is another set of those slightly below the first, so I would assume those also come with buttons? Not 100%, just theorizing here.
Although judging by the art, they could only possibly be stud buttons (the ones you just press together), so not sure how much holding power those would have had anyway
