Now that I look more closely, the eyes are drawn differently, the irises have shifted position and there's much more shading in the other. But perhaps the biggest difference is the mouth is open in one but only partially in the other. The colored version also adds more sweat drops. Wonder if there's differences in previous chapters as well between the two?

To answer that credit page, there's a lot of "fake" Christians out there. They use the Lord's name to enrich themselves and do evil, disregarding the Christian teachings. Mostly in the USA, and it spreads from there to elsewhere.

Definitely. I noticed such differences in a few of them from reading Susu Paus' translations of them. Giba-sensei clearly has second thoughts about some of the pages that they colorize and decides to slightly redo them.
