Yeah idk about this one, I kind of checked out when the MC's female friend who does mma takes a brick to the skull multiple times and ends up physically fine somehow. Also it would make national news if some delinquent highschool boys ganged up on unarmed girls and tried to beat them to death with weapons. But in this story it's just completely sidelined and never brought up again.
