I don't understand how this has anything to do with how it'd continue into the main series? So the nun was born from this wish? If so then where did the idol go? What happened to the devil?

@ramunegaming the nun is the real mother. She left the island after giving birth to Kaoru and Marie because they weren't the child of destruction. It can only be birthed from 2 virgins. The wish in question brought her back to the island. The Devil disappeared after granting the wish. As for Alice (the idol) she's probably still on the beach or who knows because hokazono masaya is a hack.
