I've come to really enjoy this manga! It has a very light and refreshing tone; I feel like its also very approachable, because of how much it uses noodles that are easy to cook and get ahold of. I enjoy complicated cooking, but there's something very pleasant about food that's simple without sacrificing a good balance of nutrition.
Also.... specifically... thank you to this translator for helping me finally figure out what term to look for when I need to get salty umeboshi... up till now it's been kind of a roulette.
